About Us
icandi is owned and run by Surrey artist Roz Wilson, and specialises in art from Surrey and surrounding areas. The location in the historic village of Shere, and the beautiful rural surroundings provide inspiration for her work, as it does for many of the talented artists showing alongside Roz.
icandi will feature guest artists throughout the year, but will have a number of artists displaying their work permanantly. They include Lara Aldridge, who creates beautiful kiln formed glass art using precious metals; Terri Smart, who makes unique kiln-fired ceramic art; Jenefer Ham, kiln formed glass artist who makes stunning colourful pieces; Ivetta Goddard from Sussex, who makes her unusual fun pieces from stoneware and earthenware; Christine Warren, who makes unique delicate silver jewellery; Kirstie Reynolds, a jewellery maker from Oxford who uses silver clay to make her beautiful pieces; Roland Locke, from Chilworth, who paints wonderfully vibrant landscapes in oils; Elle Wilson, an artist who paints incredibly detailed, elegant portraits of dogs, cats and hares in her own unique style; Topescu, a Romanian glass artist, whose work is big, bold and vibrant.
