About Us
icandi is owned and run by Surrey artist Roz Wilson, and specialises in art from Surrey and surrounding areas. The location in the historic village of Shere, and the beautiful rural surroundings provide inspiration for her work.
icandi will feature guest artists throughout the year, but will have a number of artists displaying their work permanantly. They include Jo Downs, who creates beautiful kiln formed glass art using precious metals; Cathy Garthwaite who makes beautifully delicate silver and crystal necklaces and earrings; Iona Mackenzie-Laycock who creates stunning pieces of art from pearlescent painted textiles and wool fibres.
These are just a few of the artists we have here at icandi. There is always a guest artist in the gallery which changes every 6-8 weeks, so please contact us for details. If you are a local artist looking for gallery space, we would love to hear from you!
